Business Analyst (Ref.: FAIT001)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in driving change and act as a subject matter expert in business applications and processes related to sourcing, vendor onboarding, merchandising, and office administration automation.
• Support global and local IT application projects with multinational team members throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the execution of deliverables and tracking benefits.
• Gather user requirements and help transform them into technical specifications and documentation for management review.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation (including Power Automate, e-workflow, and EDI between systems) across all business functions and suggest improvements.
• Perform system configuration, functionality testing, issue tracking, and data migration planning based on business requirements.
• Support the implementation, go-live, and cutover activities of application systems, and manage post-implementation inquiries and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain constructive collaboration and communication with key stakeholders and business users to manage expectations effectively.
• Close collaboration with German Headquarters

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder
• 4 years or above relevant experience in related role preferably gained in sizable organization or MNC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge
• Self-motivated, handle multi-tasks independently
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
