Show Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer services and maintain a good relationship with our existing clients
• Provide on-site assistance; pre-show and after-show secure delivery service support to the exhibitors 
• Liaise with internal department and Shows organizers to ensure and to secure the efficient delivery service for the exhibitors
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
• Opportunities for overseas business trips
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or other related disciplines
• 1 year relevant working experience preferred (experience in operations will be an advantage)
• Strong customer service, communication and project management skills
• Mature, responsible, proactive, outgoing, well-organized and detail-minded 
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office
