Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

What you are in charge of:

Purchasing and Procurement:

• Handle procurement tasks including office materials and site tools items by negotiating with suppliers and conducting quote comparison
• Manage daily purchasing activities, focusing on supplier performance in pricing, agility, supply assurance flexibility, and quality
• Manage order requests from the team and resolve issues efficiently

Logistics:

• Handle import and export shipments
• Source and select appropriate forwarder for shipments
• Maintain proper shipment tracking records and documentation
• Coordinate with service providers & internal parties to arrange material deliveries
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management

What you offer:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and logistics roles
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain supplier relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
