Job Description:

• Empower our clients to comprehend our products with confidence and ease.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support clients' inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels courteously.
• Engage colleagues from diverse departments proactively to create skill lift that drives outstanding customer experiences
• Organize and analyze customer service data to optimize products and service processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder ( Business Communication / Information Technology / Language disciplines is a plus )
• Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer service / Education field experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 
• Self-motivated to accomplish teamwork with a positive vibe
• Facilitate effective communication with clients while upholding a courteous and professional demeanor.
