Marketing Associate (Japan Focus)

Cafuné is a fashion label based in Hong Kong, offering accessories that are thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted and distinctly iconic to modern individuals.

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team with a focus on Japan market. This is an exciting opportunity for people passionate about fashion, and looking to grow their career within a dynamic brand. The candidate will be responsible to assist our expansion and raise Cafuné’s profile in Japan.

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing campaigns, social media and public relations strategies to drive business growth
• Create and translate communication content that aligns with the brand and resonates with target audience in Japan, including social media contents, eDM copywriting and other marketing collaterals
• Assist in project management for brand events and pop ups, occasional travel required
• Assist in influencer marketing including product seeding and any kind of collaboration opportunities
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
• Monitor trends and analyse competitor activities for continuous evaluation and planning
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1) and English; Native Japanese speakers are welcomed
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 4+ years working experience; Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Proactive, self-motivated and self-disciplined with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management, attention to detail and able to handle multi-tasks under tight timeline
• Good team player in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment
