Supervisor (Air Conditioning)

Kenworth Engineering Ltd., a reputable E & M / building services contractor which is a subsidiary of Smart City Development Holdings Ltd., is now inviting applications for the following positions:

Supervisor (Air Conditioning)

Job Scope:

• Lead a small team of technicians to fulfil Air Conditioning operations work on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare relevant reports and documents for a smooth and timely operational fulfilment
• Execute troubleshooting processes on-site when defects occur and perform fault diagnostics for corrective actions ahead

Requirements:

• Certificate or equivalent in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical
• At least three (3) years’ post-qualification supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of medium to large air-conditioning installation OR 10 years’ post-apprenticeship supervisory experience
• Registered Electrical Worker of Grade A or Grade R(AC)
• Registered Skilled Worker in relevant trade under the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance;
• A valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate; and
• Immediate available is preferable.
