Description
- Provide general administrative support, including office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, data entry, expenses claim, petty cash, documents filing, etc.
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, managing couriers and mails
- Arrange travel booking, meeting booking, visa renewal, event coordination, etc.
- Maintain tidiness of office, guest seating and conference room area
- Outdoor work is required when necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Willing to learn and take up responsibility
- Be punctual
- Must be systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven with ability to multi-tasks
- Presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
