o Drive membership growth, retention, and satisfaction.
o Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, enhance the member experience, and ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
o Management of administrative processes.
o Work closely with the Marketing and Events department on strategies to drive new member’s acquisition.
o Oversee the CRM system for new Members applications and up to date database.
o Oversee membership customer service process or system to ensure member satisfaction.
o Update and distribute information to current members and prospective members.
o Monitor, evaluate and update on membership services and benefits.
o Customer services in building relationships and retaining them.
o Following up on enquiries with the correct information. Attend to member and guests’ inquiries/disputes (phone, email, person).
o Maintaining and updating Member records, applications and waiting lists accurately.
o Work with the Finance Department to reconcile Membership and Finance reporting
o Completing administrative tasks such as filing, printing/photocopying/scanning, data etc.
o Follow up with potential Members via email or call to gauge the status of their decision making and/or provide any additional information as required and to update prospect database promptly.
o Process new Member applications: check that application form is in order with the necessary documents and payment, for submission to Accounts department
o Finalizing the closing reports on a monthly basis.
o Provide the team with insights as gathered from interaction with Members
o Represent The Club at events (as required) and ensure timely follow-up with prospects leading to conversion.
