Assistant Marketing Manager/ Manager (B2B)

Our growing B2B tech company is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Marketing Manager/ Manager (B2B) to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online and offline marketing strategy, managing sales administration, and overseeing our CRM and EDM campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote our B2B software and services in the Hong Kong market
• Manage all online marketing activities including website, SEO, social media, and digital advertising
• Coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as events, trade shows, and print advertising
• Handle sales administration duties including lead tracking, proposal creation, and contract management
• Oversee the company's CRM platform and manage email marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Collaborate with the broader team to support the overall business growth strategy

Requirements:

• Tertiary/ Degree holder in marketing, business or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales and/or marketing role, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and KPIs
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage)
• Immediate available is preferred
