Telemarketer (Ref.: ESI/HR/241201)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new prospect via telephone and email
• Make daily cold calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads
• Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
• Responsible for data entry to system,  Maintain accurate records in data system
• Assist in preparation of marketing event materials
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements:

• DSE/HKCEE graduated or above
• Experience in telemarketing/ customer services is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge in computer products/IT solution is a definite asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
