Assistant Store Manager

Our Assistant Store Managers are front leaders and inspire our teams to deliver greatspecialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out.

We are currently looking for someone well-experienced in F&B to join and lead one of our teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Support the Store Manager on recruiting, training, and developing the team
• Leading and managing the team in daily operations
• Recognizing and coaching gaps in standards
• Learn to create weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence
• Receiving café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Taking inventory of café supplies and ordering new stock as needed
• Resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service
• Achieve financial and operational goals (on sales, wastage, staffing etc)
• Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers

To be a FINEPRINT Assistant Store Manager, you must have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in busy cafés/restaurant
• Passion and understanding of specialty coffee
• Leadership experience in a specialty coffee environment leading a team of 10+ people
• Interest in people and have an open and positive attitude
• Problem solving skills and a sense of urgency
• Exemplary management skills in effective delegation of duties and responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, both within and outside the store
• Effective communication skills and you are not afraid to ask questions or raise issues

All FINEPRINT stores are currently located on Hong Kong island and are open from 6am - 6pm; you must be able to start at 5am some days.
