Requirements:
- Degree holder in building engineering, construction, surveying or related discipline
- Solid 6 years project management experience in revamp project, building development, renovation and maintenance works
- Strong in analytical presentation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, committed and
- Good in written English and Chinese, literacy in PC applications
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cost assessment, expenditure, forecast and budget control
- Revision of contract terms, execute contract administration and tender arrangement on building and maintenance works
- Ensure legal compliance of laws and regulations, familiar with government building procedures and requirements
- Enhance building quality, safety and add value to the properties
- To lead the project management, develop project plan and schedule, progress, cost and quality of works
- Closely monitor all stages of works and preparation of progress reports
- Risk management and contingency plan
- Supervise the performance of project team, building professionals and contractors
