Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & arranging courier service, etc.
- Handle and co-ordinate daily general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
- Participate in office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
- Handle daily paperwork and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval and handling payments.
- Arrange meetings, manage schedules.
- Assist the HR department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide daily operations and administration support to Chairman office.
- Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor graduated
- Min. 2-3 year reception/ administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
