Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate project’s manpower and resources
• Monitor overall financial, commercial and technical matters for all projects
• Maintain daily project and site operation and prepare reports accordingly
• Tackle technical and design issues on site
• Maintain good relationships with clients, architects, developers, and consultants
• Attend design coordination meetings and site meetings
• Visit factory production progress in Mainland China
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors
• Report on project progress daily and weekly
• Plan the project schedule
• Implement or execute the contract according to CEO's instruction
• Handle any emergencies on site
• Handle ad hoc events as assigned by CEO

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Building Studies or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in facade discipline
• Min 3-5 years PM experience in facade subcontractor is highly preferred
• Holder of green card, T1 and T3 certificate
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent and responsible
• Possess Strong problem solving and analytical, negotiation and crisis management ability
• Familiar with Microsoft Project
