We are a very fast-growing company. To take our content marketing to the next level, we would like to invite passionate & creative people to explore, learn & grow with us!

Responsibilities

Provide help for all customer needs regarding orders or products for both online and offline.

Responsible for the sale activities and customer orders processing /follow up.

Handle sales and customers enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone call.

Communicate and connect with customer in decent manner.

Handle all kind of after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds).

Understanding our products, to provide best solution for customers.

Process of clerical works and also coordinate with warehouse team

 

Requirements:

Proven Customer Service Experience

Able to handle and process the CS issues

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Able to work under pressure

Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Computer skills are all necessary

Min 1 year related working experience

 

Working Hours:

5 days work week (Mon to Fri)

Working time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
