This role requires managing both professional and personal matters, demanding exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Job Duties:
Ø Provide secretarial assistance to the Founder, such as organizing business affairs, managing personal appointments and commitments, arranging travel plans, itineraries and meetings to ensure efficient and effective operation
Ø Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
Ø Manage, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Ø Manage files, documents and databases for easy access and retrieval of information
Ø Accompany the Founder on business trips, providing on-site assistance with executive support tasks during these trips.
Ø Accompany the Founder to business event and social engagements
Ø As a communication bridge among different teams, functions, vendors, and external partners
Ø Handle confidential documents and sensitive information to ensure the rigor and privacy of matters
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree or above, experience in design/creative industry is advantage
Ø Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua), with excellent communication and organizational skills
Ø Strong multi-tasking ability, able to remain meticulous and flexible in the face of high-pressure work
Ø Proficient in MS Office and virtual organization tools
Ø Appropriate appearance, good business etiquette, keen adaptability
Ø High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ø Excellent problem-solving skills
Ø Frequency travelling is required
Ø Immediate availability is preferred
