Site Agent 地盤總管

About this role

Being part of the Project & Construction Department, you will provide on-site support and monitor the overall control of site activities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with site personnel, client’s representatives and sub-contractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications, working procedures and quality control.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day site operations including personnel allocation, site inspection and progress monitoring.
• Handle daily site documentation and independently resolve any issues that arise on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

職責:

• 與地盤人員、客戶代表和各分判商進行有效的協調，以確保施工進度和工程質量符合標準。
• 管理和監督地盤日常事務，包括人手及資源分配，工程工序安排及施工質量監控。
• 處理日常地盤文件並獨立解決地盤現場問題
• 確保施工符合安全標準。

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services, Interior Design, Occupational Safety and Health, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ solid and practical experience in the fit out of residential, office & hotels projects, etc. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Agent.
• Having a T1 certificate will be advantageous.

• 至少5年在住宅、辦公室或酒店等項目的裝修項目經驗。相關經驗較少者將被考慮聘為助理地盤總管。
• 持有適任技術人員T1證書者優先考慮。
