Senior/ Sales Officer – Private Tour & M.I.C.E

Responsibilities:

• Handle and facilitate enquiries, quotations, orders via email/phone and provide professional advice
• Responsible for designing Group Tour products, itinerary planning, pricing and budgeting
• Solicit & retain clients with professional manners
• Negotiate with suppliers to confirm arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, dining, attraction tickets, etc.
• Assist in daily operations such as documentation, tours’ equipment and materials, etc.
• Communicate with both internal & external parties to ensure the progress are smoothly on-going
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, prefer with Certificate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or any related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2-year working experience in M.I.C.E sector
• Proficient in computer skills (Chinese typing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST!!!)
• Able to obtain quotes from suppliers and create itineraries
• Good in verbal & written skills in both English & Chinese
• Willing to learn & able to work independently
• Experience using Airlines booking system is a plus but not a must
• Tour Escort License holder is a MUST!!!
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior Sales Officer
