職位描述

Responsibilities
 

  • Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional manner
  • Prepare management report and business document
  • Provide admin support to Sales Team
  • Prepare sales quotation and proposal or RFT etc.
  • Provide after sales support to customers
  • Arrange job order and update status
  • Perform adhoc task assigned by manager
  • Perform project coordination role if required

Requirements
 

  • Diploma holders or above
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, support, customer service, or account servicing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
  • Positive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered, while candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CLO
