Assistant System Engineer (Welcome Fresh graduates)

Responsibilities:

• To working with deployment team to provide installation, break/fix on Server, Switch and Computer Storage products at customer site,
• Prepare Technical Documentation and Reports,
• Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer,
• To conduct User Acceptance Tests and Trainings,
• Provide first line helpdesk support on IT-related issues.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines,
• Welcome Fresh graduates,
• Strong problem solving skills,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• Working independently,
• On-the-job training will be provided,
• Willing to work outside office hours for urgent supports.
