Manager - Merchant Partnership (4 Days Per Week)

Our client is a well-established company specializing in creating interesting and practical loyalty programs and solutions to help employers promote and enhance employee engagement and corporate wellness in a creative and sustainable way. The company collaborates with well-known brands and service providers in different industries to provide a wide range of services.

They are now looking for a resourceful individual to develop and expand its loyalty programs and welcome aged 50+ to join.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain strong merchant networks of different lifestyle categories
• Source and develop new merchant partners and engage them through different collaboration models or schemes
• Arrange partner appointment, contract signing, and integrate new partners into the company’s business ecosystem
• Communicate closely with merchant partners on a regular basis to provide updates on promotion plans and act as the primary contact person to handle inquiries
• Work with internal teams to schedule and execute promotional campaigns for different partners
• Update merchant profiles, product information and promotional contents
• Assist with special merchandising projects
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience in loyalty program and vendor development, and knowledge in group buying 團購 or credit card offerings an advantage
• Good connection with premium brands in different lifestyle categories
• An inquisitive person who enjoys exploring new opportunities and new skills
• A proactive and multi-tasking team-lead good at prioritizing business needs and meeting deadlines
• Ability to formulate roadmaps and execution plans in a structured and systematic way
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships in a professional manner
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
   
• Work Location:  Quarry Bay
• Workdays:           4 days per week
• Workhours:         9:30 am - 6:30 pm
