職位描述

职责:

  • 在进行升降机及自动梯调试前,预先检视有关部件及设备
  • 按公司制定的方法及指引执行调试工作
  • 检测部件及设备的运作是否附合产品质量及法规要求
  • 于调试过程遇上问题时与技术部门寻求支持及提出解决方案
  • 根据质量管理系统内的要求,填写有关调试表格/ 报告
  • 如有需要,提供测试结果/数据与其他部门
  • 协助升降机/自动梯注册工程帅进行机电工程署的检测工作
  • 检测完成后交付客户使用前与维保部门进行交收
  • 在工地中,要注意并推广工地安全及维护良好产品质量

工作时间:

  • 每天工作9小時,每週工作6天,每7天中有1天休息日

职位要求:

  • 必须为内地中国公民
  • 持有屋宇装备工程、机电工程或相关学科学士或以上学位
  • 具备最少三年升降机及自动梯设备的设计、建造、运作或保养相关工作经验
  • 对升降机及自动梯操作有专业的认识及了解,包括法定要求及国际标准EN81和EN115
  • 良好沟通技巧及团队合作精神,即使在压力下也能保持对品质的关注
  • 具有良好中文及英语书写能力,能够用普通话及英语沟通, 能操广东话更佳
  • 熟悉通力产品者优先

  • 公司提供住宿或每月住屋津貼港币 $10,000

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial inspections of relevant components of an equipment (elevator or escalator) before commissioning the equipment.
  • Execute commissioning tasks according to company guidelines.
  • Verify that the operation of components and equipment for complying with product specification and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for any issues encountered during the commissioning process.
  • Complete relevant commissioning forms/reports in accordance with the requirements of the quality management systems
  • Provide test results/data with other departments as needed.
  • Assist the Registered Engineer during inspection conducted by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD)
  • Upon completion of testing, hand over the equipment to the Service Team before delivery to the customer.
  • Promote site safety and maintain high product quality on-site.

Working Hours:

  • 9 working hours a day and six days a week, 1 rest day in 7 days.

Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of mainland China.
  • Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  • In-depth knowledge of elevator and escalator operations, including statutory requirements and international standards EN81 and EN115.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to maintain quality focus under pressure.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent in Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Familiar with KONE products is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The company provides either accommodation or a monthly housing allowance of HKD 10,000.
  • 12-day or more Annual Leave, 18-day Company Holidays, Birthday Leave, Overtime/Standby Allowance if applicable, Discretionary Bonus, Company Activities, and all benefits in accordance with Hong Kong employment regulations.
  • Medical insurance for inpatient and outpatient Services, with free insurance for one dependent (i.e., spouse or unmarried child).
