The appointee is expected to be part of the new student residence management team. He/she will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support and assist in the daily operations of the student halls, including facilities management, reimbursement, and procurement duties.
- Handle general inquiries, requests, and complaints from hall residents.
- Support Residence Masters and Assistant Managers in implementing residential life programs within the hall community.
- Assist with the fitting-out process of the new residential halls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some work experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- A high level of computer literacy or experience as a student leader during university or secondary school life is advantageous.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
