Duties:
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and YouTube, handling promotional campaigns, creative content writing, and engagement reply
- Support digital marketing promotions, including social media ads, creative and video posts, GDN, etc.
- Execute content update and maintenance for corporate and campaign webpages and other online platforms
- Collaborate with vendors and team members to improve SEM and SEO performance, making immediate adjustments and reports when needed
- Compile analytic reports and propose enhancements for online internal and external channels and platforms, such as application and enrollment platforms, CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Perform other communication or marketing duties that are assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, digital/online marketing, or other related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in digital marketing
- Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on consumer engagement
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM digital marketing advertising platforms, including GA4, Google Ad Manager, or Meta Business, is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
