Junior Marketing Executive

HelloToby is a leading service marketplace platform in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of services including home cleaning, professional matching, and store appointments. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive with strong marketing sense and basic design knowledge to ensure that our platform effectively reflects high-quality campaign marketing information and maintains the company’s standards.

     Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Integration: Ensure marketing campaigns and messaging are seamlessly integrated into the platform’s product setup, including service descriptions, visuals, and user-facing elements.
• Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies, reviewing deliverables to ensure alignment with the company’s branding, messaging, and quality expectations.
• Product Familiarity: Develop a deep understanding of the platform’s structure and features to ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with product functionality and user needs.
• Design Collaboration: Support the review of design assets and, when needed, make quick edits using tools like Canva to ensure marketing content aligns with campaign goals.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the execution of campaign materials, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive research and provide insights for improving the platform’s content and presentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the overall platform goals.

      Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, agency coordination, or a similar role.
  
  Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and user experience.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing trends and strategies.
