Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ref. No.: DL/2025-1174)

We recruit the following QS/AQS working in Hong Kong for Building projects:-

Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ref. No.: DL/2024-1162)

Duties and Responsibilities

• General QS & Contract Administration Works.
• Subletting, measurement, subcontractor’s payment assessment, interim payment application, VO valuation & final account negotiation.

Education and Qualification

1. Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying.
2. 3 - 6 years’ QS experience in contractor or QS consultant firm working for building projects (preferably with HKHA’s projects experience).
3. Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.
4. Good computer skill and self- independence.
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
