職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and handling insurance claims according to company guidelines
  • Assist in general administrative duties such as office support, office maintenance, and preparation of daily reports
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Support other functions for service continuity and handle customer enquiries
  • Perform ad-hoc job assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder or equivalent, with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in administrative role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties in a timely and organized manner
  • Proficiency in MS office and chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Alternative Saturday duty (half-day)
