Sales Support Executive

Key roles and duties​:

- Support Sales team to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and sales contracts.

- Site visit to customer premises (building, mall, hotel, retail store, etc.) to provide product training to the end users.

- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing & repair services.

- Manage customer relationship periodically following up to collect feedback and new needs.

Requirement:

- Degree holder in all disciplines.

- 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales support.

- Outgoing and cheerful personality; good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

- Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Immediate available is high preferable.
