Director of Information Technology and Business Development

We are seeking a Director of Information Technology and Business Development to join our leadership team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall technology strategy, including technology research and development, product development, and management of IT infrastructure. Additionally, this role will involve leading and executing the company’s business expansion strategies both domestically Hong Kong and Mainland and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.

- Ensure robust and scalable IT infrastructure that supports both current and future business operations.

- Formulate and execute strategies for business growth, focusing on both domestic and international markets.

- Identify and assess new market opportunities that align with the company’s core competencies and technology capabilities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders across global markets.

- Lead and manage technology and business development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Lead a diverse team of IT and business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to IT or business management are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT management and strategic business development.
• Experience managing IT and business development in both domestic (Mainland China) and international contexts.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery in various geographical regions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating teams.
