職位描述

JOB HIGHLIGHTS 

Location: Tsuen Wan West

Immediate availability is preferred

Working Hours: 0900-1800
 


JOB PURPOSE

To be the key contact with the sales team, coordinating with the parties for all relevant sales materials, orders, and regular reporting.  It is also an important role to coordinate all aspects with the clients. 


KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provided a full range of client accounting and business services to clients and monitor sales activities.
  2. Work with the sales team to order sales materials and regularly check the stock/ inventory with the sales offices.
  3. Ensuring that marketing materials are refreshed periodically.
  4. Work with the teams on regular reporting and analysis.
  5. Coordinate with the clients for product training and knowledge sharing.
  6. Manage event bookings and monitor their performance.
  7. Other ad hoc tasks requested by the management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  1. University graduate in any related disciplines.
  2. 1-2 years of working experience in agencies, client accounts, and event management field.
  3. Strong analytical, and computer skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel).
  4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  5. Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines.
  7. A good team player.
  8. Positive thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  9. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  10. Outgoing, pleasant personality.
  11. Having experience in managing events and having a network for site booking is preferred.
  12. Immediate availability is preferred.
