Administration Executive (Students Services & Operations)

Key Responsibilities:  

• Handle overseas schools/universities and students visa applications
• Support education consultants in student applications, UCAS application, visa lodging, departure briefings and after-sale services etc.
• Responsible for general administrative support to consultants in daily operations, seminars and exhibitions
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

The Ideal candidates would have: 

• Diploma or above with 1 -2 years of working experience preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Logical and critical mind, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Diligent, polite and pleasant characteristics
• Proficiency computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a MUST
• Immediate available is preferred
