Responsibilities:

• Helping Agency to actualize mission and vision, leading, planning and implementing Agency development strategies.
• Helping Agency to implement human resources, finance and administrative policies and its related matters.
• Monitoring the daily operation of the service responsible in accordance with Agency policies and approved budget.

• Having a bachelor degree.
• Having a master degree or above will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years working experience in social service.
• Working experience in drug treatment & rehabilitation service and youth outreaching service will be preferred.
• At least 8 years experiences in management and supervision.
• Good at administration, human resources, financial management and problem solving.
• Having good learning ability and good transfer of knowledge in work.
• With good command and written ability in Chinese and English.
• Having good leading, organizing and strategic planning capabilities.
• Good at building connections with external partners and mobilizing resources for Agency.
• Be innovative, positive and macroscopic in thinking.
• Having strong ownership in Agency culture and belief and be a self-starter in actualizing Agency mission and vision.
