職位描述
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for product purchase of responsible category.
- Prepare annual product purchase planning and direct report to Business Manager.
- Order follow-up and enquires including liaison with suppliers, to ensure on-time shipment delivery for the orders.
- Review and assess the price, production capacity, quality, and delivery date of suppliers.
- Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities.
- Review and enhance sales performance of relative category.
- Provide standard product display and maintenance guideline for shop operation.
- Maintain good collaboration with front line staff with high participation in daily sales operation.
- Manage the product catalogue and support ad hoc projects.
- Need to station at shop.
- Business trip is required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above.
- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience, gained in merchandising and buying field with shipping knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
- With strong interest and sensitivity in retail market.
- Self-motivated, independent and willing to take challenge.
- Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart"
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Category Officer
Location and Time
- Prince Edward Flower Market / 10:00-19:00 (7 rest days per month, on shift)
