Responsibilities:
- Provide placement services to general and special service groups
- Manage and develop the employer service to support different program needs
- Manage and supervise funding projects and the operation of programmes
- Conduct and deliver training courses related to the placement service and career development
- Provide career development consultation service
- Provide administrative support to department
- Conduct ERB course admission screening
- Attend assigned meeting and work with different departments
- Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Holder or above in Education / Training / Social Work / Counseling / Psychology / HR / Business administration / Sociology or related disciplines
- 5 year's or more related experience in field of customer services, training, counselling, social services, business administration or human resources preferable
- 3 years or above supervision experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Labour Ordinance and Job Markets is an advantage
- Good at Cantonese and English, simple at Putonghua
- Fair at Word, Excel, Chinese Typing, Powerpoint
- Working Location: Choi Wan
