Job Descriptions:
Daily works include, but not limited to:
- To achieve the budget target through maintaining existing customers & expansion of business from existing and new customers.
- To monitor & review performance of volume / performance of customers & provide best logistics solutions to customers;
- To supervise staff & delegate jobs; To ensure quality service is delivered; To promote OFF biz to overseas/BO;
- To monitor and analyze monthly divisional PL report & make the monthly forecast;
- To coordinate with sales, different business unit, carriers & co-loaders, vendors to ensure smooth operation;
- To handle daily rate inquiry;
- To assist superior to handle Ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- at least 10 years solid experience in Freight Forwarding industry with 3 years at managerial level;
- Good communication, Interpersonal, Problem solving skills;
- Independent; Well organized; Detailed mind;
- Proficient in use of MS applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
