Wai Shing Plastic Products Limited is a well established global company for plastic products with over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and selling plastic products. We are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position,

PRODUCTION MANAGER (SHENZHEN)

Responsibilities:

•⁠ Work and station in Shenzhen, China PRC

•⁠ At least 8-10 years of manufacturing operation or production management experience in plastic production manufacturing.

•⁠ Experience manufacturing process, assembly experience is highly preferred.

•⁠ Strong leadership skills. Ability to motivate a team to accomplish goals

•⁠ Demonstrated experience and knowledge of time standards, plant layout, and production management

•⁠ Control the production process, manage capacity and resources planning

•⁠ ⁠Work on continuous process improvement in order to meet the production and quality goals

•⁠ Work closely with other departments on a timely execution of daily and weekly production plan

•⁠ To oversee the fields of Production, Quality and Material management

•⁠ ⁠To promote continual improvement in Production ,Quality and Cost Control

Requirement:

•⁠ Diploma or above

•⁠ With at least 3 years of experience in relevant items, preferably in manufacturing & trading industries

•⁠ Good command of English and Mandarin

•⁠ Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing

•⁠ Mature, initiative, responsible, hard working & reliable

•⁠ Willing to travel to SZ factory as needed

•⁠ Immediate available is highly preferred
