Duties:
- Act as the secretaries for academic and quality assurance committees
- Provide administrative and logistics support to programme accreditation exercises
- Provide administrative support and guidance on the implementation of the quality assurance policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for the internal quality audit and programme review exercises
- Perform data entry and verification of programme information
- Maintain information and data in the departmental intranet, and the e-platform for the quality assurance mechanism
- Provide logistics support for staff development functions/ activities
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the Supervisor(s)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Language, Communications or related areas
- A minimum of 4 years of working experience, inclusive of 2 years of relevant experience in documentation management and/or compliance auditing
- Experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Attentive to details and organized
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
