Working Location: Eastern Central Plaza, Yiu Hing Road
○ Shift 1: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Taxi Claim Provided)
○ Shift 2: 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Taxi Claim Provided)

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Perform 30-minute interval system health checks, monitoring CPU utilization, memory usage, I/O performance, and system response times.
• Document health checks and escalate anomalies to appropriate teams following established protocols.
• Monitor and manage batch jobs, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Track system performance metrics against benchmarks, identify trends, and detect early warnings for potential issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including shift handover reports and incident escalation logs.
• Respond promptly to system threshold breaches, escalating as per escalation procedures.
• Proactively communicate with management and stakeholders about system performance and incidents.
• Participate in daily shift handover meetings and provide updates on monitored systems.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in IT support or system engineering is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of IT system monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night hours, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
