Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be anambassador internally and externally of the TREE brand.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy including digital in line with our company's goals
• Manage all eCommerce platforms and implement marketing campaigns across all platforms and retail shops.
• Explore, plan, execute and monitor promotion campaigns through social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Red Note etc.
• Assist in planning and presenting all web, SEO / SEM, and display advertising /marketing campaigns
• Monitor the performance of eCommerce platforms, conduct market research and prepare analytic reports.
• Manage marketing budgets including allocation, tracking, and optimisation
• Stay updated on industry trends, market analysis and best practice.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing Role, preferably in the retail industry but not essential
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese (and Mandarin preferred but not essential)
