企業文化專員 Corporate Culture Specialist (5 Days Work)

崗位職責 Job Responsibilities
 

• 完善公司企業文化體系，推動公司文化理念與經營管理理念深度融合；
• 制定企業文化傳播計畫，策劃並組織各類企業文化活動，營造積極向上、團結協作的企業文化氛圍；做好企業文化宣傳，管理公司微信公眾號；
• 跟進公司品牌管理，探索創新企業文化建設的方法和模式；
• 承辦上級交辦的其他工作。
   
• Improve the company's culture system, promote the in-depth integration of corporate culture and business management.
• Plan and organize cultural events to foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere, and manage the company’s WeChat official account.
• Handle brand management and explore innovative ways to build a vibrant corporate culture.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
   

崗位要求 Job Requirements
 

• 研究生及以上學歷，企業管理、新聞學、傳播學、漢語言文學等相關專業優先；
• 具有扎實的專業知識基礎，熟悉企業文化建設的理論和方法；
• 具備較強的文字撰寫、溝通協調和組織策劃能力；
• 熟練使用圖文編輯、視頻剪輯等軟件和工具。
   
• Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Journalism, Communication, Chinese Language and Literature, or related fields.
• Strong Knowledge of corporate culture construction and management.
• Excellent writing, communication, coordination and organizational skills. 
• Proficient in graphic and video editing tools.
