Job Description
職責：
- 通過各種網上渠道（例如在線聊天、電郵、社交媒體）和電話處理客戶查詢，致力提供良好客戶服務
- 把握機會推廣公司產品／服務 - 遵循熱線中心的工作流程及指引，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
- 以專業的方式履行職責，保障公司形象
- 根據公司的要求執行其他指定的工作
- 工作天數: 最少每星期 3 - 4 天，每天最少 4 小時工作
- 工作時間: 15:00 - 00:00之間
職位要求：
- 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
- 中英文打字速度至少為每分鐘30個字
- 具良好的中英文書寫和口語（廣東話和普通話）能力
- 主動積極協助客戶及推廣產品／服務
- 具電訊業或電話銷售經驗者優先考慮
- 熟悉常用電腦軟件應用程序
