Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting functions in handling full set of accounts of service units
- Manage daily accounting duties including staff claim reimbursement
- Assist in preparing accurate, reliable and timely financial data and reports for internal and external requirements
- Assist in the annual statutory audit and event audit by preparing audit schedules and reports
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable
- Accounting experience, preferably in the NGO sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE, including English and Chinese
- Holders of LCCI Level 1/2 are preferable
Working Location: Sham Shui Po / Yau Tsim Mong District
Working Hours: 22 hours per week included weekdays and weekends
