工作內容:
- Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
提供優質的服務,並以熱情友好的方式與客人互動 - To learn the menu and retain a good knowledge of it
學習菜單及有關知識 - Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
清楚客人的需要, 提升客人滿意度
要求:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
中五/DSE學歷或以上 - Fluent in Cantonese; Conversational level in English & Mandarin
流利廣東話,良好英語及普通話 - Willing to learn and passionate about service
樂於學習和熱衷於服務業 - Good team player and ability to work under pressure
有良好的團隊合作精神和能在壓力下工作
