Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Manage rental agreements, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Handle monthly settlements for utilities, such as electricity and water bills, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with legal document management, including contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist with financial budgeting and forecasting for the retail department.
- Process and manage employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management, as needed.
- Support the retail team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Excellent data analysis, communication and organization skills;
- Multi-tasking, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools;
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
- Open-minded, flexible and willing to learn
