岗位职责:
1、回应家族办公室安排的客户需求,提供及时且专业的支持
2、协助销售跟进工作,包括跟踪客户进展、更新CRM系统以及与销售团队协调
3、撰写和编辑营销文案,如销售话术、宣传内容及客户沟通材料
4、支持销售经理处理基础客户咨询及跟进工作,确保客户体验顺畅
5、维护客户互动及销售活动的准确记录,以提高团队效率和报告质量
6、与内部团队协作,确保客户需求得到有效传达和满足
1、Respond to client inquiries and requests arranged by the family office, providing timely and professional support
2、Assist in sales follow-up, including tracking client progress, updating CRM systems, and coordinating with the sales team
3、Draft and edit marketing collaterals, such as sales scripts, promotional content, and client communication materials
4、Support the Sales Manager in handling basic client consultations and follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experience
5、Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to support team efficiency and reporting
6、Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and communicated effectively
任职资格:
1、1-2年销售支持、客户服务或相关领域经验,优先考虑有教育或培训行业背景者
2、出色的沟通能力,普通话和英语流利(书面和口语)
3、注重细节且有条理,能够高效处理多项任务
4、熟练使用Microsoft Office套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),熟悉CRM工具者优先
5、积极主动的学习态度,能够适应快节奏的工作环境
1、1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the education or training industry
2、Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3、Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
4、Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
5、A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
