負責範圍：住宅
工作地點：中環半山(設屋苑員工巴士來往中環/金鐘)
工作時間：0900 - 1800 一星期5-6天 長短周

- 負責屋苑水電維修保養工作
- 負責消防系統及一般設備維修保養工作
- 其他指派工作
入職要求：
學歷及專業資格：
- 中三程度或以上
- 須持有『平安咭』及『註冊電工牌照 』A牌
資歷：
- 具備兩年或以上相關大廈維修工作經驗優先考慮
- 熟識物業管理運作為佳
- 能操流利廣東話、略懂普通話
- 具備一般中文書寫能力，能閱讀一般英文更佳
工作類型: 全職
薪酬： $20,000.00至$26,000.00（每月）
