Leasing Manager (Landlord)

Tagus Group Companies focus on property investment. Our portfolio mainly includes residential apartments, offices, street shops and industrial units. To cope with our growth, we are now looking for high caliber to join as:

Responsibilities:

• Tenancy negotiation and management for new lettings and renewals, liaison with property agents and property management company
• Formulating and implementing leasing and asset management strategies for residential units, offices, street shops and industrial units to achieve the company’s business objectives
• Establish and strengthen strong relationships with agents to generate leasing opportunities
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
• Understand the needs of potential tenants and market trend
• Handle enquiries and complaints from prospects and tenants
• Arrange and assist clients in property visits, handover and takeover execution
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related disciplines in Real Estate, Business or Marketing will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience as landlord's representative will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation and commercial sense.
• Strong market sense and tenant connection
