Job Description
Responsibilities
* Perform daily book-keeping, data entry and account statement issuance.
* Prepare bank reconciliation and shop sales receipts on daily basis.
* Process general trade payment submission, cheque-issuance; and posting of entries.
* Participate in general supporting / ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
* Assist in preparation of year-end audit schedules.
Requirements
* Diploma or above in Accountancy or Certificate in LCCI qualification is an advantage.
* Fresh graduate will also be considered.
* Committed, adherence to deadline; and willing to learn.
* Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Proficiency in Excel especially VLOOKUP and pivot table.
* Immediately available is preferred.
* Working location: Wong Chuk Hang ,2 minutes from MTR station
