Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CCSV accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.
Monitor CCSV account performance and develop strategies to optimize user engagement on the platform.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their experience, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition and integration with our platform.
Analyze client data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for account growth.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting successes and strategizing for future growth.
Qualifications:
Higher diploma or above in any disciplines.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Knowledge in CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
