Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales activities and meeting monthly performance goals.
- Conduct lead generation, arrange meetings, and follow up on client needs.
- Develop, obtain approval, and implement a sales plan to meet individual and business quotas and targets.
- Collaborate with the Presales consultant, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, generate gross profit, and achieve long-term business goals.
- Deliver sales presentations and tendering
- Identify and pursue opportunities in a proactive, ethical, and profitable manner.
- Prepare quotations.
- Stay updated with news related to our client segment, competitors, and relevant AV technology.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, solicit feedback, and assist in managing any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers.
- Perform satisfaction checks and solicit referrals.
- Provide solicited feedback to the management team to improve service quality.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience in sales, preferably in business development.
- Solid track record in developing new business and acquiring new logos.
- Some experience in complex AV solutions/deals is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or commercial interior design selling is welcome.
